@comcast @comcastcares At least he was honest. The last technician Comcast sent to my house unlike the 4 or 5 before him told me he could not help me with my problem. He also told me I was paying for a cable box I have not had in a year. #Bummer.

@comcastcares my neighbor came to me because he knows I have comcast. He got a modem and the self install kit. He DOES NOT have comcast cable or phone service and therefore cable coming I to his apt. How does he set up the modem with out the cable

@Xfinity I hope I still receive my 2-$100 prepaid cards as expected. I did not authorize a cancellation of my line. I would hate to miss this incentive because one of reps canceled my phone line because I ask how long do you have to be with Xfinity before you cancel.
